Return and Refund Policy: At Maxtek Whiteboard, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
